Howdy would you mind stating which blog platform you're working with? I'm looking to start my own blog soon but I'm having a hard time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I'm looking for something completely unique. P.S Sorry for being off-topic but I had to ask!

@Daniel: Firstly sign up for me as your coach so you can contact me and I can follow your progress through P90X. https://teambeachbody.com/signup/-/signup/free/22975/. You should do the "Classic" version of the program. Did you read the nutrition guide? I would recommend 2400 calories/day with ratios of 50/30/20 protein/carbs/fat to start.
But what if with the calories I'm taking right now it's more than enough food? I know I won't be able to manage more; I already have trouble at times with the portions I am eating.

@Nallely: Great! I love Fitday.com. I think you will be fine with adding the bars and recovery drink. The ratios are suppose to be for both the food and the bars/shake so if you realy want to do 50/30/20 then you will have to adjust your food a little bit. It isn't that hard, just take some off here and add some more protein there. I can help you with this. Are you signed up for me as your coach?
