@JoseAlonsoEscorza No, not necessarily. It's hard to determine at this point. The last phase of P90X is typically the best phase of the whole program for most people. So based on how well your body responds during that phase I would determine if you should move onto P90X+ or X2 or do another round. Find me on facebook and we can talk

Sean,
I'm on day 70 of P90X. After I'm done, do you recommend another round of P90X or P90X plus or X2? I'm 5.7 and 168lbs. I'm looking to lose more body fat, gain muscle and maintain/gain weight. (We met at the Tony Horton app photo shootout)

Hi,

I'm doing the P90X meal plan and I'm doing phase 2 now, it calls for a 1 cup of oats. My question is that before cooking or after cooking? Thanks

@Shaan: You can ignore that. The nutrition guide takes that into account. Typically for phase 2 of the diet you should be at around 2400 calories/day with ratios of Protein/Carbs/Fat around 40/40/20 % of your calories. Does that make sense?

Hey mate, I am eating 2,500 calories a day, and currently on phase 2 of P90X.. I was wondering, the 2,500 calories I am required to eat, does this include minus the calories lost during the workout, or do I ignore that? Cheers.

@Andrew: Yes, typically it is extremely hard to do both at the same time. The thing I give credit too was the diet aspect. When I started P90X I new I had to push myself during the workouts, and I had the proper amount of weights that I could use so that wasn't the problem. The difference was that I fed my body correctly in order to promote muscle growth while at the same time shredding fat. If you look at my diet you will see that I eat really clean through the full 90 days. No cheating at all. Sign up for me as your coach and I will help you with your diet and goals. https://teambeachbody.com/signup/-/signup/free/22975/
