There are absolutely many factors that go into living the best life and being happy. The beauty of it is that it is different for everyone. I think the one thing that all people share that are living their best life is clarity. After changing my diet and fitness level a couple years ago it became so much easier to establish that clarity. Healthier living lead to more sleep, clearer thoughts, more patience, more fulfilling interactions, and more meaningful relationships. Is it all because I am healthier? Absolutely not, but I don't think I would be in the same place without the healthier lifestyle even if everything else was the same.

I just finished reading the post by Tony and I agree with it to an extent. I agree that when you do eat right and exercise you will look better and have more energy to do more things in life that you could not do if you were out of shape and eating bad. But, on the flip side I know and have seen a lot of people who are ripped and fit as a fittle as Tony would say and they are miserable. Just like Tony said there are people who having a lot of money and they are miserable. I believe and have seen people who are fit and have six packs that are miserable too.

I don't think Tony's point was the all a person has to do is exercise and eat right and their life is going to just all of a sudden get better and all these opportunities are going to fall in their lap. But, if people really think that getting in shape, looking good, and eating right is going to solve everything they are being naive. I am certain Tony did other things in his life as well to make it better.

Fitness has made me feel better about myself. I never thought I would be into fitness this much. I was never a workout person at all. But here I am having completed P90x, Insanity, Insanity Asylum and waiting on P90X2!! So yes I am a different person but I do realize there is a lot more to changing your life than eating right and working out.

Fitness has most certainly changed my life, drastically even. I used to be the shy fat kid who ate cheeseburger steaks every other night. Not today. I have quit smoking and drinking (among many other things) andI am happy with how I look, I feel good on the inside and look forward to making a better me everyday
