		<description><![CDATA[Number 4 on the Do list is AWESOME!!  I think if more of us applied this, we would not only be so hard on ourselves for example when someone tells you they can bench 250 and you only can bench 150.  We would not be so hard on others when for example you did a full insanity week and a person tells you that they missed a couple of days.  We all need to relax and enjoy the journey.  Me personally I try to do this with working out.  Working out is PART of my life.  It is not MY life.  This keeps me in balance when I read what others can do and I either can&#039;t do it or I choose not to do it.  We need to be satisfied with our results.  As long as you are pushing yourself hard and doing your best, you are good. I never got into fitness to look like Tony or Shaun T. I got into fitness to be the best Kevin.  Those are my thoughts.]]></description>
