Josh__ Hey Josh! Yes I believe that Tai Cheng could help you with your injury. I also agree that you wouldn't necessarily need to do the full program. If you are looking to rehab your injury then I think that this program could work for you.

Wow, these are amazing results!

Hey Sean, I had been going really hard with my workouts for a few months now, so I was bound to get a little ringed up, which I did. I pulled my hamstring and I've also developed some knee pain (not severe, but I still feel it during squats, lunges, etc.). My hamstring is practically back to normal (as it happened about 2 and a half weeks ago), but still feels kind of "funny"... My knees also still hurts, so I was considering doing Tai Cheng. My question is, do you think Tai Cheng would help get rid of these problems. It says that people recovering from injuries should give it a go, so it seems like it fits my criteria pretty well, but I just wanted to know what you thought. Also, I don't want to do a full 90 days, because I think my fitness level in other ares will decrease, so I wanted to try it for about 2-5 weeks and see how it goes. If i'm completely healed by then, then I may stop earlier, but if not, I will extend it by another week or two.
