Your body needs the calories on those days to help recover and build more muscle.  I would count your milk as dairy.  I would stick to low-fat milk though. I&#039;m just consuming 2,500 and seeing how my body reacts to this.  Should I consume fewer calories on the yoga-x and stretch days than this?  Are roasted almonds okay to eat if I am trying to make up for calories by the end of the day?  Do I need to count my glass of milk as carbs or just dairy?
