		<description><![CDATA[@Oskee:  I gained 10 lbs because the P90X guide showed me that I wasn&#039;t eating enough calories and when I should eat them in order to get results.  I was also in a major plateau so switching to P90X and the muscle confusion involved help trigger new muscle growth again.  I ended up eating a lot more calories than I was pre P90X because the guide showed me my proper calories/day and ratios for my height/weight/age/body fat %.  I did the Classic schedule myself.]]></description>

I&#039;m going to finish my first round soon and I&#039;m thinkning of doing ur mass routine n diet u have posted next .. Just want to kno alternatives??
