Another great alternative to peanut butter is a product called  Better&#039;n Peanut Butter. You can pick it up at most of the big supermarket chains and smaller joints like trader joe&#039;s. It&#039;s only got 2.5 grams of fat and 100 calories per serving. Great in Shakeology and on toast! It&#039;s got a great taste, similar to caramel and peanut butter mixture.
