		<description><![CDATA[I have been over weight my whole life. I am 5&#039;8 and weigh 245 lbs. I am ashamed to take my shirt off at the beach yet along in my hometown at the waterparks or at my own home. I want a workout where i can lose weight and get into shape at the same time. Which workout do you prefer that i start with and stick with. I would like to see great results. would you prefer this workout?]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[@Stephen:  I think that P90X is the one to start with.  RevAbs is a little bit easier than P90X so if you want something to start up with that might work well for you.  Insanity is great but is much more cardio based.  Probably the toughest cardio I have ever done.  Lots of push ups too.  If you want to burn lots of calories Insanity is great.  P90X is an awesome overall fitness program.  The variety is what makes is special.  They are tough workouts.  Each of these guys started with P90X.  They have tried the others and now incorporate them into &quot;hybrid&quot; schedules.  I can help you with that as well.]]></description>
