When I am trying to gain mass though I use it as a mass shake by adding some extra calories in order to hit my surplus of calories for the day.  I do 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology, 1 scoop whey protein, 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1/2 - 1 whole banana, and milk/water with Ice.  Blend.  it&#039;s delicious and it has a ton of great muscle building, clean foods.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[You said you use Shakeology as an actual meal replacement (my impression is that you do NOT use it as a snack in addition to regular meals).  Does it seem to fill you up as much as a normal meal would, or do you find you have to eat more with it (or add to the drink, i.e. peanut butter, just to get enough calories)?  I do P90X regularly and am trying to gain a little weight, &quot;Mass X&quot; style this round.  Thanks!]]></description>
