Coach
I’m not sure if you have heard this or not but I just found out Pepsi has bought out Cyto Sports. This is the company that produces muscle milk protein. Which me being a hard gainer was great because it had 200 calories a serving. The problem is that Pepsi supposedly changed the type of protein that goes in the recipe. I have heard from multiple people that the new type of protein is JUNK and to stay away from it. I just wanted to send out a warning just in case people out there are using it. I would hate to think of all the hard work people put in to be derailed by putting junk into their bodies.
