Let me know if you want help with this.  The cleanse is a great way to jump start more body fat lose.  I have heard some people get headaches on the second day but I haven&#039;t hear to much about that much crashing as of yet.  I would definitely have some fruit like an apple during the day to help with that.  Most of that can be avoided with proper nutritional timing.  You can also add a serving of nuts for extra calories if you start to feel run down.]]></description>

On my last week for my first round of P90X!  Had some great results so far... lost about 11 pounds.

5&#039; 9&quot; 
Starting weight 175.8
Ending weight 164.9

Feeling great, and want to do P90X again. May make modifications to do it for mass as I read in another post of yours.  Pretty thin guy, but could stand to lose a few more % of body fat.  

Want to take a week off, and was thinking about doing a cleanse.  My only concern is crashing at work due to small amount of calories/carbs.
