I used to be on facebook on your group however, i dont have facebook anymore. I was just wondering what protein powder you use or what you suggest for someone first starting the program. Also, i am ordering the p90x protein bars online, my first question is why does the website charge 2 s&h fees if you order 2 boxes at the same time, this doesn’t make sense to me. 2nd, the website gives auto ship for the bars 12 bars per month, how does this work if you should have a bar once per day?
