@JJ: I believe it's concentrate currently but I do know that they are improving it very soon. I agree, the article shows the benefits of whey isolate and that is why I don't recommend the P90X whey protein. You are NOT referring to the P90X Recovery drink correct?

Is the BB whey protein powder whey isolate or whey concentrate? I ask because of the "We go both wheys" article written by Carl Diekler. That article seemed to say that whey isolate was a more appropriate option than concentrate. I've been taking a whey isolate supplement from a local store and I was curious what source the BB whey came from. Either concentrate or isolate.

@Mike: I take supplements, but I am not a fan of fat burners/thermogenics myself. You can look in the review section for some of the reviews I have made on them. I only take protein, shakeology, P90X recovery drink, and BCAAs right now. I will also do a pre workout + creatine here and there. As far as burning fat goes you're better off going with good nutrition and sticking to the foods that have been shown to burn fat. Green Tea for example. L-Carantine is also fine. CLA, stuff like that. Also, the Nitric Oxide boosters are starting to show that they really don't do anything. There is no good evidence that arginine does much. Citriline Malate is now showing to be the one that helps wit "pump" more than arginine.
