I have another question. So in looking at the label for the Fuel Shot, it appears to do the job of both the R/R and the E&E. Would that be accurate? Should I be able to drink the Fuel Shot pre-workout and nothing post-workout? Or would you still drink the E&E pre-workout and the Fuel Shot post-workout. Or maybe even the Fuel Shot pre-workout and the R/R post-workout. I know this sounds stupid, but I would like to do the best for my body and results. I want to stick to Beachbody products as well. I will start the Body Beast program soon, but wanted to increase my weight workouts for the time being as a build up to it. I just love my stairmaster with the weighted vest routine as well, so I don't really want to give that up, but definitely need something to recover as it is pretty hard. I greatly appreciate your knowledge and assistance.

@Josh Moore: Yes that makes sense. The flavor neutral supplements might be better to add to those supplements you already take.

I appreciate that. I am lifting heavy in the evening, but doing a stairmaster with a weighted vest to trim extra fat. I am gearing up for the Body Beast program. I'm not really looking for the muscle mass gain, I was just comparing the R/R and the Fuel Shot and figured why not switch to the Fuel Shot. Same with the Base Shake. I already put in a multiple protein powder into my Shakeology, so I was going to replace that with the Base Shake powder. I figure it is along the same idea, but with Beachbody behind it. What do you think?

@Josh Moore: Yes, but you have to make sure you earn it. P90X R&R and Fuel Shot are both supplements that are situational and need to be used only when you workout hard enough to warrant them. Yes you can use it twice per day if you feel like both of the workouts you have done need a recovery drink. If you are looking to gain mass with Body Beast though, you are better off dropping the cardio and using the Body Beast schedule.

I read that it is fine to drink the P90X R/R twice a day with two workouts. Would it be the same for the Fuel Shot from the Body Beast line? I do a cardio workout earlier in the day and a weight routine later in the evening. Thanks.

Great post Sean! I'll be looking to implement this new line when released. I've been following your advice with CLA and L-Carnitine. Seeing some results already! I've been adding protein to my Shakeology each day and will now look forward to adding this line instead. Thanks dude! Hope to join you on SM Beach for a Sunday workout!
