		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m actually ok with no cardio in P90x2.  I have Insanity and Asylum, and I think Shaun T is just better at creating cardio programs than Tony, and that Tony is better at the resistance training and yoga, and so this will fit my needs better.  I do still like P90x Plyometrics and Kenpo however, and would look forward to updated versions of those, and probably will get the one on one or P90x+ discs at some point to have more variety.]]></description>
