		<description><![CDATA[Hi Chad, great results! What was your total  calorie need for the day and how many calories above your need were you  eating? I need to bulk like you did, but I want to avoid big fat gains  or my face becoming round and bloated.
I have another question: how much weight were you using with the  exercises? What&#039;s the most you have used when doing P90X? I&#039;m trying to  figure out how many plates for my dumbbells I need to buy to complete  the program.
