Sean,

I've done a few workouts over the years while starting to feel the beginnings of a cold coming on, and usually by then end of the routine I feel just fine. Sore throat? Gone. Joint aches? Gone.

I won't go all-out. But just scaling back from maxing out is good enough for me. I just won't bother if I've got a fever. I suggest bed rest for proper recovery.

@Oliver: No not really. I eat very healthy. The one thing I will do is eat more veggies and take Shakeology 2x per day instead of one for the extra vitamins/minerals.

Should there be any significant adjustments made as far as nutrition goes while stuck down with a sickness? I mean... anything that will still fulfill the needs under the P90X regimen? Thanks for the post!
