Coach Sean,
Can this program be expanded beyond 30 days? I coach age group swimming, and I have daughters in soccer, and I would like to extend this to a 3-6 month program. For me personally, the 30 day program will work.
Thanks,
Ken

@Lynn: Wow that's awesome! Congrats on that! It keeps track of calories burned based on your heart rate levels, your gender, height and weight. Honestly I am not sure what equation they use to calculate it. I am sure it's not 100% accurate but it gives you an idea at least. You can buy any heart rate monitor that tracks your calories. There is one that beachbody sells that I have a link to up above under the "Gear" section. Let me know if you need help with losing those last 15 lbs.

@Ken: I wouldn't advise it because these Asylum workouts are hard enough. I don't really advise doing doubles with these workouts because I don't want people to over-train and get run down. You can try it but I wouldn't keep doing that on a regular basis.

@Ken: An easy way to practice is to watch the ladder drills before hand. You can also practice at half speed to get the steps down. The more you do it the better you will get at it. Which workout are you going to not do so you can add speed and agility in?
