		<description><![CDATA[@Jason:  After doing every Asylum workout now, I would say that Asylum would be enough for you to keep your strength gains alone.  But if your like me, you will miss the resistance days of P90X so I would suggest doing the 30 day hybrid routine of Asylum/P90X that comes with Asylum.  You could even do 1-2 weeks of straight Asylum then move into the P90X/Asylum hybrid as well.  That is what I am doing.  Hope that helps!]]></description>

Should I go with the full month of Asylum or should I do a hybrid of the two to maintain my gains?  Or do you think that Asylum has enough of a strength component to forgo P90x altogether.
