		<description><![CDATA[@jacob:  Yes you can gain muscle with this program but it&#039;s mostly a fat burning, cardio endurance style program.  60 days of boot camp style cardio with body weight exercises only.  I am a P90X guy so I am a little bias toward P90X.  P90x involves resistance training (weight lefting), Plyometrics, cardio and yoga.  You will need a pull up bar and weights/resistance bands for P90X.  Insanity just needs the floor ;).  So there are pros and cons to each and both are GREAT workouts.  It depends what your main goals and your preferred style of training is.  Does that help ?]]></description>
