Great review. I recently finished P90X2 and had a close experience. It was a challenging journey, and I did passed a few workouts while the program, but overall I seen awesome results. I did not use medicine balls - do you believe it makes a difference?

@Geo: The rumble roller has the advantage of using those little "knots" to get into specific parts of the muscle. Helping to relieve pressure in those specific areas. It's the difference of getting a massage and then someone using their thumb to really get into your trouble spots...if that makes any sense at all haha.

I am buying medicine balls. I only used 5-8lb weights with the original 90x. I don't know what anyone would recommend as a started the 4, 6, or 8 lbs. On the videos I see the women using the 4 but I'm unsure I would hate to get the 4 and feel like it wouldn't be enough. Any suggestions??

@Nick: They are totally solid Med balls. I definitely recommend them. You don't have to blow them up and they are Not mushy. Did you see the links under the "gear" section for all the P90X2 equipment?

Coach,
I am about to purchase the med balls from beachbody through the deluxe package as I have found beachbody equipment to be better than most others. Are they the solid med balls and do you recommend them? I dont want the blow up or mushy kind that I seem to find in my local shops. Thank

Thanks for the response, would you recommend the 8lb med balls, they seem light. Also, is there another way to contact you regarding the coach questions, I am not on facebook. If not, i will try to use a friends facebook account. Thanks again.

@Nick: Kinda...not necessarily for the push up stuff but for other exercises. There are moves where you use the med balls for weight. You can probably use a dumbbell but purchasing at least 2 med balls will not be something that you would regret. They are fairly inexpensive online. Yes, the pull up assist will definitely help you break your pull up plateau. Check out my post all about it: http://getrippedathome.com/workouts-exercises/how-to-improve-pullups/ . Nick, If you want to become a coach then contact me via facebook and I will answer all your questions. There is a reason why there is a monthly fee. I will explain when you message me :).
