		<description><![CDATA[Oh my lord, both P.A.P performance workouts are Killer!! I&#039;m on my third phase and I did pap upper and lower and lemme tell you my friend. X-City! I was bouncing like a rabbit towards the end of this bad boy, and I can&#039;t tell you how strong my core felt after upper. Great Workouts and I&#039;m looking forward to seeing how I preform as an athlete after this!
