		<description><![CDATA[Leg and back was the weak link in x1.  I could do without superskaters and wall squats. I bet x2 won&#039;t have anything cheesy.  It&#039;s the one workout I won&#039;t miss.  

I love the upper body workouts.  I figure i will make a hybrid of x1 and 2.  Who knows, though.  If its too core and not enough mass than I  will miss x1.  Of coarse x2 may blow away x1 entirely and replace it entirely.  Who knows...]]></description>
