Not much to say beyond how fun this looks. I can't say enough for variety and switching things up to work the same areas but in different ways. I've been rolling with a similar schedule but I think it's time to roll back to some previous 1 On 1's for some Volume III relief. Good stuff, brother.

@Wayne: Thanks man! I went back and forth with the idea of making a detailed schedule or a more flexible one. I thought that more people could get the idea that they can mix and match and keep motivated with this one instead of making them go and buy all of the other dvds to keep up.

I wanted to mimic the P90X2 flexibility and make this kinda a P90X 1.5 type of thing.

That's a great looking schedule. I like the flexibility of the substitutions! Great way to keep it new and interesting but still follow the P90X foundation.

I'll be doing P90X Classic by the book this round so I'm a bit jealous of how much fun you'll be having! LOL!

Looking forward to P90X2 bro!

@shawn: I forgot to put that didn't I? My nutrition will be a 2 month mini mass gain followed by a 1 month lean phase. So basically I will slowly add calories each week till I get to around 3000 then reduce them back down to 2200-2400
