		<description><![CDATA[@Dan:  Haha, I would love to hear about the stairs.  I think we did it 3 times all together...again it was 1 flight up then back down the 2 flights then back down.  The ended up sprinting the full length after the last one then doing a sprint on the ones next to it as well.  Overall it was 26 mins with a 3 min warm up.  Planning helps a ton too.]]></description>
