				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Each week I will be posting a <strong>NEW workout challenge</strong> for you to try to conquer.  Some will be very simple, others more complex.  Some will be a single exercise, and some will be full blown workouts.  This weeks challenge is inspired by my love of pullups.  It is one thing to be able to do high reps in one set but it&#8217;s completely another thing to do 100 for time!</p>
<p>Yep, that&#8217;s the Workout Challenge of the week.</p>
<h2>Workout Challenge:  100 PULL-UPS for Time!</h2>

<p><strong>Rules: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Do 100 consecutive pull ups for time.</li>
<li>You CAN kip but  you cannot do Butterfly (crossfit style) pullups.</li>
<li>You can come off the bar as many times as you need to rest but the clock keeps ticking!</li>
<li>Your chin has to go over the bar, and your arms have to be fully extend at the bottom&#8230;NO HALF REP PULL UPS!</li>
</ul>
<p>The challenge is set!  My <strong>BEST time so far has been 4 mins and 53 secs</strong>.  Post your Workout Challenge Times below in the comments section and let me know if you have questions!</p>

<p>This is what I love about P90X2.  It gives you the ability to step outside your comfort zone and completely transform you.  Jeremy is not just ripped&#8230;he is also stronger, more agile, more powerful and has better balance then he did before completing P90X2. <p><strong> </strong>After completing P90X, my workouts began to plateau. I wanted to further my fitness progression and step up my diet, so I began P90X2. I absolutely loved my X2 journey. I gained confidence in myself to diet better as well as push myself to limits I have never been to. Today(currently doing a P90X/X2 hybrid)I feel better than ever. <p>The 2nd annual GR@H Crew Weekend is happening July 26-28th in Santa Monica, California.  This is a weekend for the GR@H Crew, and ANYONE else who wants to attend, to come workout, talk fitness, visit Beachbody Headquarters, participate in contests, get some free stuff and meet like minded people who are all dedicated to their health and fitness.  I believe it is extremely important to get around people who push you to GROW.  This is a weekend where you can meet people from around the county all striving to become better&#8230;and in turn will make you better.  Some highlights include, team dinners, workout at Beachbody Headquarters, Movie Night, and the famous Beach Workout on Santa Monica Beach!</p>
<h2>What is the GR@H Weekend?</h2>

<p>The GR@H weekend was originally conceived with the idea of having a time and place for the people I coach (and other local guys/gals) to meet in person, workout, ask questions  learn about health/fitness and have a fun time.  One of my team members and good friend, Keith, pitched the idea to me last year and we decided to try it out.  It&#8217;s one thing to have a strong online community of people but it&#8217;s another thing to have a chance to get to meet in person and learn from each other.  Just like with the Coach Summit, there is something amazing in getting people together that are all striving to become better.</p>
<p>By attending the GR@H Weekend, you will receive some cool free stuff as well as be able to participate in fitness contests and raffles.  Last years members walked away with TONS of great stuff (T-Shirts, Programs, and Supplements).</p>
<h2>GR@H Weekend SCHEDULE</h2>
<p>Dates: Fri July 26 – Sun July 28th (You should fly in Thursday night if you want to participate in Friday’s activities)</p>

<p>To sum it all up, the Coach Summit 2012 was UNBELIEVABLE.  This year the coach summit was held in Las Vegas.  I know that Las Vegas is probably the last place you think about when it comes to health/fitness but when you have over 6,000 coaches taking over a casino, it becomes one.  The Coach Summit was held at the MGM Hotel/Casino.  It ended up being the perfect place for us.  Lots of room for workouts, a huge stadium for the main events and celebrations, and a giant outdoor pool area for parties.</p>
<p>Summit 2012 was more than just hearing about new products, learning how to become better coaches, and having a good time with 6,000 of our closest friends&#8230;it was also about our friend Jessica.  Jessica was a Grand Prize Finalist for the Beachbody Challenge!  She was 1 of 4 women chosen to possibly win the $100,000.  For Katie and I, this is what coaching is all about.  This is why we are coaches.  We were there to celebrate her transformation, her 85lb+ weight loss, and the new healthy life that she has now that she has chosen to live.  Even though she didn&#8217;t win the Grand Prize, she walked away with $25,000 and an unbelievable experience.<br />
<strong></strong></p>

<p>We arrived in Vegas on Thursday and had a chance to go straight down to the festivities.  Beachbody had taken over the convention center.  Everywhere you turn there were coaches wearing P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, Shakeology, apparel.  We saw many friends on our way to the CORE (a mini shopping mall with apparel, shakeology bar, programs to buy, a stage for the trainers, contests, etc).  <a href="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/IMG_0764.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-4059" title="IMG_0764" src="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/IMG_0764-225x300.jpg" alt="" width="225" height="300" /></a>It was pretty incredible.  After killing some time we were off to the first workout of the trip.  Tony Horton hosted a GIANT workout in one of the many enormous convention halls.  I was lucky enough to be on stage with Tony, Mark Briggs, Joel Sydanmaa, and Monica Parodi, to name a few.  Working out in front of a room of people as far as you can see was amazing.  Tony took everyone through his UMLC routine that he does on his military tours.  Afterward we took pictures and I had many comments about my black socks.  Even got some Edgar Allen Poe references :).</p>
<p>That night was the 5 Year Birthday Bash for Team Beachbody.  It was held by the pool and it was PACKED.  There were cirque du soleil style performers, places to take pictures, food, drinks, dancing, and even fireworks that they shot over the MGM hotel.  Amazing!!</p>
<h2><strong> <a href="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/IMG_0782.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-4070" title="IMG_0782" src="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/IMG_0782-300x225.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a>Day 2</strong></h2>
<p>Waking up at 5:30am in Las Vegas just doesn&#8217;t seem natural&#8230;haha.  But that&#8217;s what you do when you have Shaun T, Chalene Johnson, the Les Mills Trainers, Dr. Mark Cheng, and others hosting workouts.  Being the loyal Turbo Girl that Katie is, we went to Chalene&#8217;s workout.  Yes, I went and did TurboFire with Katie and a bunch of coordinated Turbo fanatics at 6:30am ;).  It was actually a GREAT cardio workouts.  I was dripping after we were finished.  Chalene knows how to work the crowd and she does it without breaking a beat.  Way more fun than I had anticipated.  Even made me forget how early it was.</p>
<p>The main session came later that morning.  This is where we learned about all the latest and greatest products coming out in the coming year.  Some of the highlights were:</p>

<li><strong><a href="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/SagiSummit-300x300.jpg"><img class="alignright  wp-image-4061" title="SagiSummit-300x300" src="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/SagiSummit-300x300.jpg" alt="" width="250" height="250" /></a><a href="http://getrippedathome.com/programs/body-beast/">Body BEAST</a></strong>:  A new MASS gaining program that uses Dynamic Set Training to build muscle mass like a body builder.  They also introduced the newest training to Beachbody, Sagi Kalev.  I think Sagi was out on stage for about 10 secs before he was taking his shirt off&#8230;the dude is HUGE.   Body BEAST is out Now!  See the program section!</li>
<li><strong>Asylum Vol 2 &#8211; Elite Sports Training</strong>:  Asylum vol 2 was announced and we got a glimpse of some of the workouts.   I didn&#8217;t think they could make Asylum any tougher but it looks like they did.  They even have Apollo Ono as a spokesperson for it.  Look for it coming out THIS FALL 2012.</li>
<li><a href="http://getrippedathome.com/supplements/shakeology/"><strong>Chocolate Vegan Shakeology</strong></a>:  This is the brand new flavor for the Ultimate vegan line of Shakeology.  It has a Dark chocolate flavor with some new added super foods.  This is also out now!  We had a chance to taste it and it might even be better than the current chocolate.  Yep, it&#8217;s true.  This is now available!</li>
<li><strong>Les Mills Combat</strong>:  They are expanding the Les Mills line by offering a new program called COMBAT.  This is a MMA style workout that uses hard pumping music to keep up your intensity.  Pre-Orders will begin in the Fall of 2012 with a December release date.  If you have Les Mills Pump advanced dvds then you have tried this style of workout&#8230;it&#8217;s a blast.</li>
<li><strong>Derm Exclusive</strong>:  Beachbody has a skin care line&#8230;yep, news to me too.  They have decided to offer it through coaches now.  So you can order it through me as well.  No I haven&#8217;t used it ;).</li>
</ul>
<p><a href="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/IMG_0826.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-4063" title="IMG_0826" src="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/IMG_0826-224x300.jpg" alt="" width="224" height="300" /></a>From the main session we went to extra trainings where we got to listen to some of the top coaches on how to become better at coaching all of you.  Lots of great info.  From there Tony Horton hosted another workout that night.  Once again, I was up on stage with him.  He took everyone through CVX (Cardio Vascular Extreme) which is a brand new workout we shot for all the P90X certified coaches last month.  This is a tough workout when I filmed it and it was just as tough this time.  Afterward there were more pictures and then we had to rush off to the Diamond Reception.</p>
<p>The Diamond Reception is for all coaches who are Diamond and higher.  Since I fall into this category I was able to go.  It was held at Wet Republic, which is an exclusive pool / bar/ scene at the MGM.  I was also lucky enough to go to the VIP area with Tony and his mini entourage.  This part was an absolute blast.  Great Food, dancing, pictures, atmosphere, people, etc&#8230;.just a great time.  Katie and I snuck off after it ended and had not 1, not 2 but 3 desserts.  What&#8217;s Vegas without a little debauchery It was a good day ;).</p>

<h2><strong>Day 3</strong></h2>
<p><a href="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/303458_10150941591071821_1678650570_n.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-4072" title="303458_10150941591071821_1678650570_n" src="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/303458_10150941591071821_1678650570_n-225x300.jpg" alt="" width="225" height="300" /></a>SUPER WORKOUT!  Day 3 started once again at 5:30 am&#8230;what?!?  We were up again to go workout but this time it was for the Super Workout that was held right off the Las Vegas Strip.  This time every single trainer would be there, giving it their best for 15-20 mins.  There were over 5000 coaches working out together.  It was awesome.  I was able to go on stage again with Mark, Joel, Monica, and of course the man himself, Tony Horton.  We took the crowd through the new MMX (Mixed Martial-Arts Xtreme) another workout we shot for the P90X certified coaches.  To say it was an outer body experience would be selling it short.  It was crazy.  I was truly awestruck by all the people in the crowd.  The 20 mins went by in a blur and we were then off to the next session.</p>
<p>More great speakers and info from Beachbody Corporate.  We were also able to hear from the Co-Creator of Shakeology about the benefits of the Ultimate Reset, which I am now sold on trying later this year.  As well as Dr. Marcus Elliott who heads up P3 and helped Tony develop P90X2 and the PAP workouts.</p>

<p>The day was a whirlwind with the main event of the night being the celebration event.  This was a fun time.  We were able to celebrate the top coaches as well as the Beachbody Challenge Finalists.  Jessica was up on stage getting her $25,000 and it was the perfect climax to the whole trip.  The after party went late into the night.  You might not think coaches know how to party but wow, there were some crazy times at that after party.  Dancing, dessert (my favorite), drinks and good times all around.</p>

<h2><strong>Day 4</strong></h2>
<p>At this point we felt like we were there for longer than 4 days.  To say that our trip was packed would be an understatement.  We slept in as much as we could before heading back on the road.  Got to meet some coaches for breakfast, say our goodbyes and wait for next year.</p>

<p>I started doing beachbody programs in January of 2011. I had great success with P90X and Insanity. When I heard that P90X2 was coming out, I couldn’t wait to try it. I knew that it was going to be better than the ﬁrst one, and I had to get it. I preordered the program on the ﬁrst available day. I knew P90X2 would make me stronger, faster, leaner, and in the best shape of my life. When I ﬁrst started P90X2, my goal was to be leaner, functionally ﬁt, and able to do things I could only dream about before I started the program, like dunking a basketball.<br />
When I ﬁrst started the P90X2 workouts, every single exercise was challenging. I felt like I had never done a beachbody workout before. The balance moves challenged me and worked out muscles I forgot I even had. I used all of the recommended equipment including the pull up bar and the medicine balls along with the rumble roller which is so great that I will not work out without it. Although the exercises were challenging, I kept on pushing the play button on the workout every day and completing the challenge. Every day I felt stronger. Every day was one day closer to reaching my 90 day goal of completing P90X2. Every day I also logged my workout in my challenge group which helped me to stay accountable. I saw physical changes in my body almost immediately. My body fat decreased. My waist size shrunk, and I started to lose those stubborn love handles while I saw an increase in lean muscle mass. I reached my initial goals and am looking forward to continuing P90X2 to see even better results in the future.  P90X2 has helped me improve my body and my life. Now, I am able to play basketball with my daughter without worrying about hurting my back or getting too tired to play. Also, I can keep up with my friends playing ﬂag football. My clothes ﬁt better, and I am happy with the way I look.<br />
When I began the beachbody programs, I also followed the nutrition plan, and I cut out things in my diet that I thought I could never live without like diet soda, coffee creamer, and sugar. I knew that every day I needed to push play and trust the process like Tony says on the video. I knew that if I followed the program, that I would get the results I was looking for, and this happened. P90X2 was very different from P90X because in the new program, almost every move focused on core and stability rather than just strength or resistance. I also loved that the phases of the program were so different that it felt like I was always doing a new workout so I was never bored or disinterested. In P90X, the phases seemed a bit repetitive, but P90X2 kept me guessing which I loved. I especially was surprised by the result in my body that I saw in the last phase of P90X2. During the PAP phase, I saw my greatest results and know that I will be able to see further results in the future as I continue to do the program faithfully.</p>

<p>My name is james jensen before I started p90x I was not as in good of shape as I knew I could be I needed something that was going to get me great results and p90x did that for me, I had habbits that I was not happy with and struggled with my nutrtion but p90x taught me alot about putting structure in my life it taught me how to eat good, workout good, and how to live a better life. <p><strong>Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong> I absolutely love being a 7th grade English teacher. Truthfully, I tended to let work be my life. I worked all day and continued at night—planning, grading, etc. Work was an excellent distraction from analyzing myself and my life. But, when I really think back to my life before I started the program, I really just was happy enough. Not happy period. Not happy exclamation point. Just happy enough. I had reached this weirdly satisfied but not satisfied acceptance of my life. I weighed how much I weighed. I considered myself the definition of a heavy girl. I was one of many. I had sunk into the realization that I was not a skinny girl, nor would I ever be miserable about who I was. I would not beat myself up or guilt myself because of my weight. I liked food and was prepared to live with the consequences. I had tried (but let’s face it, not really tried) to exercise and diet, but it hadn&#8217;t really worked.</p>
<p><strong> What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong> I had no idea that I was going to change my life. I was looking for a change—just a regular one though. Not a transformation or a journey. I had finished the school year, teaching another fabulous group of seventh graders, and felt tired all the time. Reality really sunk in when I saw our school yearbook. I was happy to be featured in so many pictures, but didn’t like what I saw. Was that really me? I had settled into a life of teaching, eating, watching TV, and just enjoying the life I had. Those yearbook pictures were more than I was used to. I had been getting ready for another summer of being inactive and not doing much, but I just decided to do something about ME. My friend Katie invited me to workout with her (as she had done many times before) and I decided to actually do it and put some actual effort into it. I committed to myself. I was putting myself before my students, the tests that I had to grade, and the lessons I had been planning. I was going to succeed!</p>
<p><strong></strong><strong>Why did you choose the particular program? </strong></p>
<div>
<p><strong></strong> I had “worked out” with a few teachers at school during the year but hadn’t done much lately. I can’t really call it working out though. I was doing some minor exercise that justified eating more. I would get drive-thru on my way home as a reward for doing it! Throughout my whole life,I have tried working out sporadically, but have never been fit or athletic. I always hated running and had painfully tight calves, so cardio was out. Walking around the mall for hours would kill my legs. I could walk a treadmill pretty slowly. I took a class here and there, but never found a program I could do or love. So, when I decided to give Beachbody a whirl, I simply had no idea. But, all I had to do was turn to my awesome coach. Katie suggested ChaLEAN Extreme for me. She knew that starting me off with this program would get me motivated and each step in the burn-push-lean cycle did just that. Plus, Chalene is amazing. I finally realized why Katie liked working out so much.</p>

<p><strong>What in particular did you like about the program you chose? </strong></p>
<p>The ChaLEAN Extreme system works—it is extreme and effective. Chalene taught me to have a positive inner voice that told me that I can do anything. She taught me how to make progress and how it feels so good to work hard. I wasn’t allowed to go through it at a comfortable level, but go through it pushing myself and give every move my very best effort. “Failing” with Chalene meant that I was actually making progress, because I knew I was challenging myself to the right level with each weight workout. She promised me that I was going to see amazing results…and she kept that promise. I’m happy every time I finish working out with Chalene. I’ve burned a ton of calories, I feel good about myself, I’m sweaty, I have a smile on my face, and I don’t have a care in the world. I learned that I wanted to experience this feeling every day of my life.</p>
<p><strong> Tell us about the greatest challenge you faced. How did you overcome that challenge?</strong><strong></strong></p>
<p>I have never been an athlete, played any sports, trained for anything, or been part of a team. I’m so happy to be part of the BB team and have the best coach in the world .The thing Katie helped me realize is that I’ve never really had to push before. Athletes learn these things through their sport .If I had been working out by myself &amp; had reached that point of tiredness or discomfort, I would have stopped. Katie helped me push through it. I couldn’t have achieved the results I have if I had taken it easy. I needed to lift heavier weights, run faster, squat lower, get down, etc. It was a challenge in every sense of the word. Uncomfortable? Absolutely! It was ridiculously uncomfortable .I overcame my challenge by getting strong mentally as well. I had to believe I could do it. I had to grin and bear it. I had to take the time to do it right. I had to push my body to the max. I had to realize that it would be worth it. I WAS WORTH IT!!!<br />
<strong> Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody<sup>®</sup> program. What achievements are you proud of?</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>I have more energy than I ever thought was possible. Before Beachbody, I would work five days a week and spend the weekends doing nothing because I was so tired. I would make light of it. “What are you doing this weekend, Jessica?” Response: “Couch City and I’m the mayor.” Now I get so invigorated and energized after each workout. I’m active and so much more outgoing. I am ridiculously happy. It pours out of me. People tell me that I look happier all the time. Like I said before, I have lost 63 pounds and 54 inches. I went from a size 18 to a size 10. I can shop at all the stores that all my friends do. That might sound like an absurd statement, but I’m proud of that. I spent too many years shopping with friends and watching them try on clothes. I would give advice on what looked cute or not and just buy an accessory because that’s all I could buy at certain stores. Not anymore! But really, I’m just proud of myself. I DID IT!</p>

<p>Devlin proves that you can gain mass, strength, definition and improve your overall fitness using P90X2.  Devlin is a P90X grad and a marathon runner who decided to use P90X2 to gain mass.  He devoted himself to the P90X2 nutrition guide, along with Shakeology and E&amp;E to help maximize his results while going through P90X2.  The effects were awesome!  Devlin was able to go from 159lbs and 9% body fat to 164 lbs and 7% body fat.  That&#8217;s 5 lbs of mass, and 2% less body fat!  For a guy who has been a marathon runner his whole life, this was a huge accomplishment.  Check out his P90X2 results in his video below.</p>

<p><strong>Here is Devlin&#8217;s P90X2 results story in his own words&#8230;.</strong></p>
<p>My Beachbody journey began on April 1, 2011 starting with P90X. I completed nearly three rounds of P90X getting in the best shape of my life leading up to the much awaited release of P90X2. On January 1<sup>st</sup> 2012 I decided to take the P90X2 challenge.</p>
<p>My goals being that I’m a runner, were to gain some size and mass. The workouts were intense with all the core engagement and balance exercises during the foundation phase.</p>
<p>During the program I used Shakeology, results and recovery along with E&amp;E pre-workout supplement. These supplements added great benefit to helping me achieve my goal.</p>
<p><a href="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/070.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-3805" title="P90X2 Results Back" src="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/070-224x300.jpg" alt="" width="224" height="300" /></a>The physical changes that I noticed most was in my chest, shoulder, and arms. I followed the nutrition plan by using the fat shredder in foundation phase, and energy maximize in the strength building phase and the last two weeks of the program I went back to the fat shredder.</p>
<p>My challenge group and coach Sean <a href="http://www.getrippedathome.com">www.getrippedathome.com</a> motivated me to achieve my goals everyday.</p>
<p>P90X and P90X2 have great similarities but with P90X2 there is definitely more coordination, balance, athletic performance involved.</p>
<p>The front levers and four ball push ups are the best! J</p>

<p>P90x2 can truly take your fitness to the next level.  Just ask Matthew, who got completely shredded with P90X2.  Not only did he lose 12 lbs in 90 days but he also dropped his body fat below 9% and was able to strengthen his core and runs in obstacle course runs for fun!  He showed his commitment to his workouts but he also followed the P90X2 diet and stuck to it 100%.</p>
<p><strong>Here is Matthews P90X2 results story in his own words&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>I was always a reasonably athletic kid, but was chubby from late elementary until late high school. But in my early 20s, I got in great shape and really fell in love with fitness, so much so that I became a trainer in the late 90s. But that was also when I got married and had a child and was having a hard time paying the bills being new to personal training and not associated with a gym. So I got a steady job and spent time in and out of shape&#8230; mostly in, but there were some definite lulls. But I never fell out of love with fitness.</p>
<p>In 2006, my wife got hurt training for a marathon but we had already paid for the hotel and she had raised money for the race. So that left me with six weeks to train, which I did, and ran a respectable 3:39. This really made me appreciate how our bodies were created to do amazing things. I’m not saying that I’m amazing, but the fact that the human body can adapt, improve, and change in such a short time and complete a rather hard task left me inspired. And I don’t take it for granted (neither does my wife and we won’t let our children either).</p>
<p>In 2009, my wife and I went through P90X for the first time and that’s when she qualified for the Boston Marathon for the first time. Coincidence? Nope.</p>
<p>So here we are a few years and three more kids later, still bringing it, and still eager to do more. But we don’t want to do more (i.e., be in great shape) merely for the sake of fitness or exercise, but for the freedoms it brings, for the confidence it builds, for the example it sets, and for the worlds it opens up.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/MatthewTransf-1133-BA.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-3792" title="MatthewTransf-1133-BA" src="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/MatthewTransf-1133-BA.jpg" alt="" width="344" height="200" /></a>What motivated you to start P90X2?</strong></p>
<p>I had completed a few rounds of P90X and was a big believer in muscle confusion. When you eat right, you can get amazing results with P90X. And I knew that would be the case with P90X2. Tony does a great job teaching, motivating, and still keeping the vibe loose. Furthermore, I was really curious about the science behind some of the workouts and moves, like PAP, neuro-integrated stretching, and myofascial release. So it was really a no-brainer.</p>
<p><strong>What was your favorite part about P90X2?</strong></p>
<p>Hard to list just one. I’m a huge fan of variety and P90X2 was jam packed with it. I’ve been lifting weights for 15+ years, but there were moves in P90X2 that I’d never seen or could have ever come up with on my own. Furthermore, I felt as though I was being trained like an elite athlete. I like throwing around dumbbells and whatnot, but these moves were building my athleticism, not just my muscles. A buddy that was has been working out with me use to be in the Navy. He told me that many of the moves we are doing in P90X2 are moves he’s seen the Navy SEALS do! So that gave me even greater confidence and motivation to bring my best effort. I also loved all the new gear. I love incorporating the medicine balls and stability balls into my routine. There are SO many moves you can do with this equipment. And the rumble roller is painful paradise.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/MatthewTransf-1127-BA.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-3793" title="MatthewTransf-1127-BA" src="http://getrippedathome.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/MatthewTransf-1127-BA.jpg" alt="" width="405" height="200" /></a>What is your advise to those looking to start P90X2?</strong></p>
<p>If you want to train like you’ve always trained, you can have the results that you’ve always had. But if you want the most advanced home workout exercise science has to offer, if you want to be trained like the elite athlete hidden in most all of us, and if you want performance-oriented results that will help everyone from the stay-at-home mom to the fitness enthusiast, this is the solution. But like P90X before it and all the other Beachbody programs, they don’t pretend to do the hard work. The programs by themselves will do you no good. You have to supply the hard work. And Beachbody makes no bones about that. They don’t pretend it will be easy, cause it won’t. The programs are not magic.</p>
<p>You see, the answer is you. You are the magic bullet&#8230; and Beachbody is the trigger.</p>
