Thanks a lot coach, it means a lot. Cause i have doubts, but i have good resistance with P90x, I'm proud of it haha, the thing that bothers me is that there are not the results that i thought i will have at this point, so I'm taking a rest. Rest for my arms, chest, shoulders to start with p90x2 in less than a month. I'm I right? Sorry for bother you a lot. I'm doing yoga, plyo, kenpo, cardio, legs, and yoga in that order.
Need help! I was doing p90x but before I started it, I had a bad routine. So I was concerned that I didnt get any progress. Someone told me that before jumping a good routine i should rest my muscle at least a month. Is that true? Appreciate any help:)
@Oscar: No not necessarily Oscar. You can modify the moves that you struggle with in P90X until you build up your strength to be able to do them. Remember, you don't have to keep up with the cast members in P90X. They have all gone through P90X and if you could do what they can do then you wouldn't need P90X ;)
Just seen the video of Sean's P90X Transformation and it was amazing which got me to order P90X. I am so ready to get back to shape like I was in high school, thanks for the motivation (Seriously Needed It).
