Insanity Max 30 is Shaun T’s all new 60 day program. The idea behind Max 30 is to go all out for 30 minutes a day, without equipment, and until you have to Max Out. Once you Max Out, you record your time, recover, and finish. Each day you’ll push yourself to be your previous Max Out time!

Insanity Max 30 includes a low impact modifier for every move so that anyone can take on the challenge of maxing out at any skill level. Since Insanity Max 30 is only 30 minutes a day, this program will be great for people with time constraints and super tight schedules.

How is INSANITY MAX 30 different than Insanity or T25?

INSANITY MAX 30 is going to be composed of 30 minute workouts, but it’s PUMPED UP from T25.

It’s going to be the toughest 150 new cardio and strength moves from Shaun T to get you ripped and toned in 60 days. It will be broken down into 2 30-day phases. I picture the hardcore Insanity workouts but with the focus and modifications offered in T25. You’ll get killer cardio and tabata strength workouts that will make you push harder and dig deeper, to get the best body of your life in just 30 minutes a day.

Will I need Equipment for INSANITY MAX 30?

Nope! You will be using your own body weight just like we did in Insanity. There will be drop sets and all kinds of ways to feel the “burn” all over!

Here’s what you get:

12 WORKOUTS ON 10 DVDS

Month 1: Shaun alternates killer cardio and Tabata-style strength workouts all in preparation for your end-of-week challenge, Friday Fight.

Cardio Challenge
30 minutes of the hardest cardio sequences you’ve ever tried. Welcome to INSANITY MAX:30.

Tabata Power
Your strength training starts here with traditional Tabata-style “20 seconds on, 10 seconds off” workout structure. Your muscles will beg for mercy.

Sweat Intervals
Just in case you didn’t think Cardio Challenge was hard enough, you’ll have 30 minutes of screaming, sweating, calorie-scorching madness.

Tabata Strength
Shaun T takes it up a notch in this NO REST, Tabata-style strength workout. You heard right…30 minutes, no rest.

Friday Fight: Round 1
It’s a battle between your mind telling you to push to a new Max and your body saying “OMG, are you serious?” And this is just Round 1.

Month 2: You’ll feel like you’re back at Day One as the intervals get longer, but the rest stays the same.

MAX OUT Cardio
This may be the craziest cardio workout you ever tried. Just wait till you get to the first Power Move. What minute are you Maxing Out at now?

MAX OUT Power
The intervals are longer in this “45 seconds on, 15 seconds off” Tabata-style plyometric power madness.

MAX OUT Sweat
The more minutes you make it through, the more you sweat and the more calories you burn. Now you know the meaning of “twice the sweat in half the time”.

MAX OUT Strength
Your arms, shoulders, chest, and core will be toast after this upper-body-focused, “45 seconds on, 15 seconds off” Tabata-style routine.

Friday Fight: Round 2
The new “hardest workout ever.” Every move is a minute in this final fight between your body and your mind. Who’s going to win?

Shaun T‘s brand new home workout fitness program, FOCUS T25, has now been officially released at this years Coach Summit in Las Vegas. I was lucky enough to get my hands on a copy and will be posting a review in the coming weeks. FOCUS T25 is a 25 day workout program, where all of the workouts are only 25 mins, 5 days per week. There are two 5 week phases called ALPHA and BETA. These phases build upon each other allowing you to FOCUS on specific things during each phase. There is also an additional phase called GAMMA that focuses on muscle building resistance routines.

I had a chance to try one of the workouts live and it was a short, intense and focused routine that allows for total body conditioning and fat loss. The main idea of T25 is that you are getting a 25 min workout 5 days per week. The shorter workouts allow for you to push yourself to your MAX, allowing you to get the most out of your time.

There are two phases in T25, ALPHA and BETA, equalling 12 total workouts. There is also an additional phase called GAMMA for those looking to take it to the next level with resistance routines. In the ALPHA phase, you build on your foundation. In the BETA phase you focus on your core, which will get you those Shaun T abs you are looking for. The GAMMA phase is for those wanting more muscle building resistance routines and is considered the advanced phase.

Here are the workouts from T25:

ALPHA PHASE Cycle 25-Minute Workouts:

Shaun T experimented for the last year to design a program that delivers the same kind of results you’d expect from an hour-long program, in under 30 minutes. He’s pulled out the rest to give you everything you need, nothing you don’t. The result is FOCUS T25 and the name implies the intent: If you focus your intensity for 25 minutes, and you do it 5 days a week, you WILL get results.

Insanity: Asylum Volume 2 is now out! If you don’t know, Asylum volume 2 is the second installment of the Insanity Asylum workout series. Asylum was made as a sports driven workout program that will help you maximize your speed, coordination, agility and power. If you have seen some of my Asylum video reviews or if you are apart of my Facebook group, you will have seen that I love these workouts. It takes the intensity of Insanity and applies it to sport specific functions. You get to train like a pro athlete and take your fitness to the next level.

INSANITY: THE ASYLUM Volume 2 keeps your progress accelerating after Volume 1. It’s the next 30 days of pro athlete training designed to give you the elite mindset, skills, and body to dominate any challenge that comes your way.

ORDER ASYLUM VOL 2 HERE!

What is INSANITY: The ASYLUM, Volume 2?

It’s the next 30 days of elite sports training. You’ll build on what you started in Volume 1, get even more ripped, and take your performance to a level that’s almost superhuman. Shaun T trained you inside the Athletic Matrix to amp up your agility, speed, and power. Now Shaun takes your skills to the next level with his INSANITY: THE ASYLUM Volume 2 workouts—the next 30 days of pro athlete training designed to get your body leaner, faster, and stronger than ever. So you not only defeat the competition. You CRUSH IT!

DO I NEED ASYLUM VOL 1?

In a word, YES! Asylum Vol 1 is the foundation. You not only get the Agility Ladder and Rope, but you learn how to go from average to PRO. The first 30 days of Asylum Vol 1 will make sure that you are ready to go from PRO to ELITE! Putting 30 days of Asylum Vol 1 and 30 days of Asylum Vol 2 together, will give you the best 60 day program that you could possibly do, in my humble opinion.

Troy’s fitness journey isn’t a likely one. Troy was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at the age of 17. He decided that once he got well he was going to take his life back…and he did. Troy was lucky enough to be introduced to P90X from a friend. He used P90X, P90X+, Insanity and Asylum to get himself back into unbelievable shape! He focused a ton on his nutrition and truly changed his health and fitness.

Here is Troy’s Incredible story in his own words…

In November of 2009, at 17, I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Prior to getting sick, I was a very active and fit kid. I played many sports and never had a need to go to the gym or to work out at all. After a month of chemotherapy and radiation I had lost 10 pounds of muscle mass. After 6 months, I was down 40 pounds. My hockey season playing weight was a lean 180 lbs, I was currently 140. My self esteem was incredibly low, I avoided mirrors and going out in public; something had to be done.

For Christmas in 2010, a friend of mine got P90X as a gift and asked if I would join him to workout. I can’t remember what my original ‘fit-test’ results were, but I know my push ups started in the single digits. The first 90 days were an incredible challenge, but by the time April rolled around I was starting to get my normal body back.

Round 2 was a hybrid with many Beachbody videos. Some P90X+, some 1 on 1′s and Shaun T’s Insanity and Asylum. I saw very noticeable gains in my body composition and fitness levels. By the time summer was over, I was confident in my own skin again. During Round 3, I focused a lot on nutrition and started to eat very clean. I also paid a lot more attention to form on exercises and tempo. This round was purely P90X and was an effort to get me ready for the soon-to-be-released P90X2.

With P90X2, I have employed a carb-cycling technique to my diet, which has been incredibly effective (dropping my BF% to 7) and have really tried to strengthen my lower body and increase my balance and coordination. I still feel as if my fitness journey has only just started and every day I see more room for growth.

My motivation along the way was just to get back to my old self. Once I reach that point, I was hooked and wanted to see more and more improvement. Fitness and nutrition has become a huge part of my life and that is solely because of Beachbody.

If you think you can’t completely change your health and fitness with a Home workout program, think again. Nick was out of shape, eating terribly and feeling the effects in his life. Once he decided to change his life and stop making excuses there was no stopping him. He committed himself to a healthy diet and got results. Then he commited to P90X and got INSANE results. P90X, Insanity, Asylum and lots of sweat later, he is a transformed person. Living his life the way he chooses, healthy and fit. A true Get Ripped At Home inspiration. But he hasn’t stopped there…

Here is Nicks story in his own words:

Those first pictures are from my high school days (circa 2002-2004). Between my junior and senior years of high school, I went from 240LBS to 190 LBS following the Atkins’ Diet (ALL meat, cheese, eggs, and fattening foods). It worked for me, but in retrospect was not the healthiest way to make it happen. Anyway, after high school I went to college and my weight fluctuated between 185-200LBS. After I graduated college, I cut down to 175lbs by eating “healthy” and lifting and doing cardio at the gym. My 175 body was still 20% body fat… I was eating about 16-1800 calories per day (not nearly enough), and much of it was frozen or processed “diet foods”.

Then I discovered P90X. April 2009. Best decision ever. I followed the first round to a T, dropping about 10LBS (from 172-162) and from 20% body fat to around 8%. I was counting every single calorie, and every single macronutrient… but again, in retrospect, my diet lacked MICROnutrients. After my first round of P90X, I started P90X plus, but mobilized a rib and couldn’t lift my arm for about 3 months… I took it a little too easy. I gained some chub back (I was trying the paleo diet), and lost a little muscle. To get back into shape, I did another round of P90X. I finished that round at 170 (the weight I was when I first started P90X, and about 7% body fat (so I gained almost ten pounds, most of it muscle!). After that, I did a round of Insanity. I actually GAINED weight doing Insanity, but lost body fat %. My legs got stronger. Then I did Asylum, and that’s when my diet really started to shift. Asylum recommended cutting out dairy, so I did it, and I’ve never looked back. Asylum got me shredded (that video shows me right after my round of asylum). Then I decided that i wanted to add some mass. I ordered some P90X 1-on-1s and started lifting very heavy, increasing my caloric intake to about 3000 per day. All the while, I continued to tweak my diet, aiming for the highest number of “nutrients per calorie” (nutrients per calorie has since become my mantra whenever people ask me about my diet). It’s not about being Vegan, or not eating meat, or whatever… it’s all about getting the most nutrients per calorie. That’s all that matters. Why? So I don’t have to count calories. So I feel Energized. So I can eat AS MUCH AS I WANT!… and I do eat more than anyone I know. So that brings us to today, Week 6, Day 1 of P90X2. I’m between 172-175 pounds, roughly 8-9% body fat. I don’t count calories. I work hard when I work. And I have fun feeling good and mentoring other people when it comes to health and fitness. I work at Shelton’s Farm Market (my family owned business since 1947) where I oversee the implementation of “Healthful Options” including organics, natural foods, and foods for people with specific dietary needs. I’m also our resident Fruit Peddler. In addition to working at the Market, I am a Personal Trainer at the YMCA, where I work with a multitude of clients, ranging from 10 year old kids to 38 year old 300+ women. Being able to empathize with an overweight person is something that sets me apart from many of the other trainers I know, and I’m happy and proud to have come so far over the past 10 years. Whewwwww!!!! p.s. Here is my first P90X video (parts of it even made it into the P90X infomercial!)

Want to ask Nick how he did it and how he can help you? You can ask Nick on Facebook by Clicking Here!

One thing that a lot of people struggle with is getting enough motivation to do abs after a long workout. Ab Ripper X is put into the P90X schedule 3 days a week to help strengthen your core so you can start to get those 6 pack abs that everyone is after. If you follow me on facebook you will probably notice that I switch up my ab routine a lot. I do this for a couple different reasons. First, I want to keep myself motivated. Even though ARX (Ab Ripper X) is a great ab routine, I find it mentally tough to do it 3x each week. Switching ab routines helps me to keep things new mentally. Second, I like to keep my body guessing. Especially with a muscle group as versatile as abs. Doing different routines will hit your abs in a different way allowing you to find your weak points, whether its upper, lower or obliques and target them.

If you read my other posts you will probably know that I believe that “abs are made in the kitchen”…meaning you can do ab routines all day long but you need to get your body fat % down low enough so they show. That being said, you still need to make sure you are working your abs at least 2-4x per week. I usually do 3x and each workout is usually only 10-20 mins, depending on my mood. If you work your abs everyday you can actually hurt your results if you don’t do it correctly. Most people with ripped abs do 3-4x per week and get great results so that’s a pretty good rule of thumb.

Switching up your ab routine can be as simple as using a different workout from a different fitness program. Most of my favorite come from Tony Horton’s One on Ones and other Tony Horton programs but there are a bunch in the team beachbody catalog to choose from. Here are some of my favorites that you can use instead of ARX, ab ripper X, to keep things new and fresh so you can improve your core strength and continue to get great results.

1. Killer Abs (18 min). This is from volume one of Tony’s One on One series. Killer abs takes moves from AB Ripper from P90 and Ab Ripper X from P90X and combines them into a great, quick ab routine. I like this one a lot.

2. Ten Minute Trainer ABS (10 Min). Think you can’t get a great ab workout in 10 mins? Think again. This is one of the toughest 10 min workouts you will ever do. It combines a lot of ab exercises together so you can get the most out of your tim.

3. Abs Core Plus (18 mins). This one is from P90X+ and it has grown on me a lot. I like it because it combines ab moves on the floor, standing, weights, and with the pull up bar. It is fast paced and tough. It works your full core.

4. ARX MC2 (45 min). If your looking for a good, long ab routine, then ARX: MC2 from Volume 3 of the P90X: One on One series is great. It gives you a sneak peak at P90X2: ARX2. Great workout.

5. Insane ABS (30 min). Insane Abs is from the deluxe upgrade workouts from Insanity. It’s great because it’s totally different than other stuff you have done.

6. 20/12 Abs (10 min). This is from the 10 min crusher pack workout from Volume 2 of the One on Ones. Again it’s great becausse its only 10 mins but it combines 20 reps from ab exercises on the floor with 12 reps exercises from the pull up bar. An ab killer.

7. Ab Destroyer (20 min). This is my new ab routine that I made up myself, combining some of my favorite moves I have learned over the last couple of years. This is available to only the people I coach (join my team), that have purchased something through me or my site. I am in the process of making a youtube instructional video all about it. Stay tuned.

8. Back to Core (40 min). This is a completely different core routine from Insanity Asylum that I really like. It’s great because it works the lower back and helps with one of my weaknesses. Totally different type of core routine.

The great part about all of these routines if that they are all unique and hit your abs in slightly different ways. This helps with keeping your results coming with your core strength and your fitness in general. If your are sick of the same ab routine then try switching it up with any of these. I promise you won’t be disappointed. P90X2 combines a ton of core exercises so I am also excited to add that to the list soon.

Have you tried any of these? Do you have a favorite Ab routine I should add to the list?

Talk about a full body transformation! Jarret, took to P90X and Insanity and got insane results. I was amazed when I saw what he has done in this short time. It just goes to show that no matter where you start, you can turn your life around through these fitness programs and a good healthy diet. Jarret went from being completely out of shape to a whole new person. Yes, that is the same guy! The dude is crazy ripped and is doing things he never thought he could do. I saw him crank out over 80 push ups in 2 mins. How awesome is that? Jarret has become a very active member of my fitness group on facebook and is continuing to inspire those around him with his results. What are you waiting for? If Jarret can do it so can you! Here is what Jarret had to say in his own words.

Jarret’s Story in his own words:

I have always been up and down with my weight. I began to gain a lot of weight during my wife’s first pregnancy eight years ago. My weight fluctuated a lot in the Last eight years. I was at my heaviest (275 lbs) in 2005 after my family and I were displaced and lost all that we own due to hurricane Katrina. I am in construction and am a pastor at my local church, which brings me to my transformation story. A missionary from Mexico came to my church and was talking about how important it is to stay fit for the Kingdom of God; especially him and his team who travel a lot by foot. He was talking about being fit and then he did it; threw up the x symbol. I figured if this man can do it then I would give it a try, not just for me and my family but also to be ready for anything or place God may call me to go. I started in January and I weighed over 265 lbs. I started off with dieting and limited p90x a couple time a week. I saw great success just dong as much I could when I could. I did a steady diet and p90x exercise till about may until i got a copy of insanity. I did insanity straight through and saw amazing results. I am 90 percent through the asylum and anxiously awaiting to start p90x again and p90x2. My current weight is 192 lbs. and I am at 9 % Body fat. that is a weight loss of about 73 lbs in 9 months. I will continue to keep hitting play and enjoying being in the best shape of my life. Thanks Beachbody!

Today I wanted to feature Kathryn and her Husband Scott. They both committed to 60 days of Insanity and got amazing results. Kathryn wanted to get back her per-pregancy body. It goes to show how dedication to both the program and the nutrition can go a long ways. They both helped each other through their journey and I think it shows with their results. The best part of all is that they aren’t even close to being done. They are already scheduling their next 60 days and continuing their health/fitness journey together! I love her honesty with her journey and her attitude when it comes to her goals, results and new lifestyle. Check out those measurements and fit test numbers!! Great job!!

Kathryn’s Insanity Results in her own words:

Over the past two months, I’ve experienced the best fitness journey and transformation my body has ever gone through in my entire life. So many people have asked me about Insanity and my results that I’ve decided (probably in poor judgement) to post Scott (my husband) and I’s journey. Hopefully as an inspiration to others.

Background:
Scott and I started Insanity on July 14, 2011. I had just stopped nursing our 8 month old and was ready to get my pre-pregnancy body back. Scott had been running consistently for about a year (completing a 5k and half-marathon), but wanted to get in even better shape before training for a marathon. So, we saw an infomercial on Insanity (a 60-day Extreme workout program), learned that my friend had a copy and we decided to try it.

The Program: Insanity

Month 1:

The first day of the program, you complete a Fit Test, which is basically an assessment of your fitness level. It takes about 20 minutes, including warm up and cool down. Let’s just say, the first Fit Test was a workout in and of itself. We were nervous about the first “real” workout the next day. We’d heard “If you think the Fit Test is hard…wait until you get to the actual workouts.” The next day, we did the first Plyometric Cardio Circuit and by the end, we were laying on the floor, covered in sweat and exhausted. The next day, we woke up so sore we could barely walk. But, we go through the day and “Pushed Play” for workout #2 Cardio Power & Resistence. As we struggled through the warm up, we realized that we were actually starting to feel better, and by the end, we felt great! So, we kept it up. We worked out 35-45 minutes a day, 6 days a week. The workouts actually reminded us of old sports drills we’d done in high school. (me – Volleyball and Basketball; Scott – Football)

At the end of the second week, we took the Fit Test again. It wasn’t as difficult for us and we weren’t really tired at the end, but we did see an immediate jump in the results and a decrease in our measurements. That was motivation enough to keep going! By the end of month 1, I was getting pretty used to the workouts and was ready to do some new routines (but was also scared of the month 2 “MAX” workouts!). We did the Fit Test again, and again saw measurable results in the progress we’d made and could visually tell the change in our bodies. After month 1, you do a “Recovery” workout for the week to help your muscles recover from the pounding you’ve put them through for 4 weeks, but make no mistake, it’s still a workout!

Month 2:

The first day of month 2 was like Day 1 of the program all over. We were drenched and exhaused after the first 60 minutes Cardio Conditioning workout (that we did AFTER we did the Fit Test). We each burned about 1,600 calories that day. But, we kept pushing play and kept getting stronger. And, before we knew it, month 2 was over. We’d finished the program! That is a GREAT feeling!

In addition to the Insanity exercise, we also counted our calories and drank protein shakes to help repair the muscles we were tearing/building. We used the iPhone app from MyFitnessPal.com to monitor what we were eating and how much. We didn’t allow ourselves any “cheat” days or meals, but, especially as we got into month 2, we were burning so many calories, it didn’t matter. And we actually found that we were having a hard time eating ENOUGH calories, especially me.

Observations:
Throughout the program, I was constantly amazed. I was in awe of Scott’s physical transformation in his strength and endurance, and was shocked at my own body’s transformation. For example, I went from not even being able to do one push up to being able to do 30 push up jacks.

One thing I struggled with (and still do, really) was that it’s not how much you weigh that’s important, but your fitness level and measurements. Going into the program, my main goal was to lose weight. After my second baby, I’d lost 65 lbs over the course of a year and after having my third child, I was ready to get that pre-pregnancy weight back. However, I’ve learned that though I haven’t lost a “ton” of weight with this program, my fitness level is so much greater (muscle built) and my measurements were dramatically decreased. You can see them below, but I lost 8 inches in my waist alone. The difference this makes is in how my body looks as its losing the weight. Though I lost weight before, my skin was not elastic and did not shrink as I lost the weight. I had even considered getting plastic surgery to remove the extra skin. Now, I don’t have to consider surgery. With Insanity, as I’m losing the weight and building muscle, my body is reacting in a completely different way. You can see from my pictures below. My body is firming up on its own. I never saw results like this with any other form of weight loss program.

Results:
The results really do speak for themselves. I was nervous about posting mine on here (I think Scott’s are great), but I remember how inspiring others’ photos were for me when I was going through the program that I decided to just suck it up and post them. Proceed with Caution! Not for the faint of heart….

BTW: Our scale was broken, so we didn’t get accurate before and after weights, which is why weight is not included on here.

Summer is here and that means it’s usually time to travel, vacation and take some time to see the world. So I have been getting asked about how people can stay fit and healthy on the road while they travel. I had the opportunity to put myself through this test recently when I took a mini trip down to San Diego for a weekend. I found that it was not only fun to discover creative ways to stay fit but I actually realized that I was being even more active than I was during my regular schedule.

Exercise on the Road

I like to exercise, so I like to find the time during my travels to exercise when I can. Getting a good, quick workout in also allows me to mentally relax when I want to have a cheat meal while on vacation. Besides, it wouldn’t be a vacation without some indulgences. Luckily for me, my fiance feels the same way so we are able to workout together. There are several things you can do to get a quick workout in.

1. Hit the hotel fitness center. Most hotels have a fitness center in the hotel. If your not sure you can always plan ahead and see if the hotel has one before you book it. This is one of the things I look for when I book a hotel. They are typically very small but usually will have some dumbbells and a couple machines, and a pull up bar. My fellow P90Xers will know that this is plenty to get a solid workout in. You can easily make a quick intense workout up on the fly or bring your workout sheet from P90X and do a full routine from a gym.

2. Bring your workout DVDs and workout in the room. My fiance brought her portable DVD player with us on the trip and brought TurboFire. She also brought a resistance band. She took it down to the hotel gym with me but she could have easily worked out in the hotel room. Don’t have a portable DVD player? Bring your laptop or buy the P90X app when it comes out later this summer. The easiest way to travel with P90X, Insanity, or TurboFire is to bring them with you and pop them into a DVD Player. For P90X, bring a resistance band. Even if you normally don’t use bands you will be surprised how well they will work. The new P90X2 will have a modifier using only bands for each workout. That means you will be able to take P90X2 on the road with you and do every workout with the resistance bands…how cool is that?

3. Be Creative with your Cardio. If you only have 20-30 mins because you’re with your family or you have a meeting you have to be at, then that’s all you need. Bring your running shoes and get creative. Go outside and run, jump, crawl, sprint, what ever! A great way to get a quick workout in is to do a HIIT workout, or High Intensity Interval Training. Warm up for 2-3 mins, then go all out for 30 secs, rest for 1 min and repeat 8-10 times. Do a quick cool down and you have a great 20-30 min workout. For example, my fiance and I were looking out of the hotel window and noticed a very long/high stairs across the street at the convention center (see picture). I suggested that it might be fun to do a workout on those things. So that next morning we went out and created a workout on the fly. We did a quick 2 min jog to warm up. We then did a “Suicide Drills” type of workout by going up 1 fight of stairs then back down, going up 2 flights then back down, then 3 and so on. When we got to top we just reversed it. 25 mins later we were done.

4. Plan activities that are based around being active. Ok I know, you want to relax and hang by the pool. That is fine but what about planning an activity that involves being active with you and your family? Rent some bikes and go on a bike ride around the area, learn to surf if your around a beach, paddle board or kyack if your around a bay or lake. Tennis courts near by? Rent some rackets and go play tennis. There are many activities you can do that involve being active around hotels. Even just taking a long walk around the area is plenty. The more active you are the more fit you will be on your trip. Besides, this is why we workout isn’t it? So we can be active in our everyday lives! Go swim, snorkel, bike, play! For example: My finance and I went and rented bikes and rode for about an hour checking out the area and seeing the sites. The next day we rented paddle boards and paddled around mission bay.

We all want to relax on vacation but being active can be just as fun. I was able to workout, lay by the pool, go for a bike ride, walk around town, paddle board all within a couple of days. Because I was so active I didn’t care if I ate some cheat meals. I came back from the weekend weighting less than when I left. Funny how that works. You can be active on the road, just take the time and plan ahead a little. Go have fun!

I will be posting about nutrition while on vacation in the coming weeks.

Do you like to be active while on your trips or do you like to do as little as possible? Do you think these ideas above would work for you?
