    sean, what weight are you at right now? and im 16 and im on my second month of insanity. Seeing results and happy about my fit tests. When school starts in sept im gonan do a p90x/insanity hybrid. But i took weight training, do you reccommend bench press, squats and dead lifts. Cause i heared dead lifts and the other 2 are very good for building muscle. oh and can you reply by emailing me, at hoodwink00@hotmail.com.

    @khalad: Glad your seeing results man. I do recommend doing those types of lifts if you have access to them. P90X/Insanity hybrid will go hand in hand with your weight training.

    @Julian: Any of the programs that I list on the site can do exactly that. It depends which type of program you would like to do.
