I have two of the One on Ones 30-15, and just arms, and after i get X2, ill have four with upper body balance and on one leg. I want to have enough variety to make things challenging, so i dont get bored and plateau. I should be good for a while though, with P90X, X2, Asylum, Insanity, and the One on Ones.
hey coach, i was wondering what does the p90x+ workout schedule look like? i dont have the program and i was wondering what it looked like. i have searched on google and a couple other sites for a schedule and cant find it.
@Ethan: it basically does the same schedule in each phase. It goes, Upper Plus + Abs/Core Plus, Interval X Plus and Abs/Core Plus, Total Body Plus, Yoga X, Upper Plus and Abs/core pluls, Kenpo cardio plus, rest. The recovery weeks are regular P90X schedule (not the recovery schedule but the regular phase schedule)
