   Could you tell me does this bar or others like it have a chance to damage the door jam, woodwork, etc?

   @Stephen: I have one and it hasn’t damaged my door jam yet. I’ve had it for about a year. I am not sure if that is true for all door jams but I haven’t had any problems. Hope that helps!

   Is it possible to do P90x without the pull-up bar? I really don’t have the money for the pull-up bar.

   It is possible, definitely. You can get a pull up bar for $30-60 depending on the quality. The P9X bar is definitely the highest quality bar. It’s a worthy investment.
