Q: Why did you make the decision to do P90X?

A: I have always been fit, but I wanted to take myself to a new level.  After cross country season I wanted something to do to keep me in shape and that would challenge me, and P90X turned out to be the perfect programs!

Q:  What were a few of your goals?

A: I wanted to gain muscle, get stronger, and increase my running speed.

Q: How did Coach Sean help you?

A: Sean has been a huge encouragement to me throughout my Beachbody journey.  He was always there and willing to answer any of my questions and provide motivation.  Whenever I had a questions about workouts, diet, recovery, or supplements, Sean could always give me a good answer.   Sean pushes me to work harder and keep achieving results through his own results and from his message boards thread.  I’m really glad I’ve gotten to know Sean, and you be lucky to have him as your coach!

Ready to Try P90X?



I have been over weight my whole life. I am 5'8 and weigh 245 lbs. I am ashamed to take my shirt off at the beach yet along in my hometown at the waterparks or at my own home. I want a workout where i can lose weight and get into shape at the same time. Which workout do you prefer that i start with and stick with. I would like to see great results. would you prefer this workout?


Which program is the best to start with (Insanity, P90X, RevAbs)? How do these people like Rush and Ryan fit these exercises into their schedules and still allow for recovery?
