Thanks for the video Sean. I drink anywhere from 6-8 cans of diet pop a day. Clearly, I need to stop. I also have heard that diet pop can affect muscle growth as well. I need to stop, but I’ve always justified it as a way to cheat without cheating. Clearly I was wrong…..
I think a big misconception about diet soda is that it is a “free” drink. I have a feeling that as the years go on more and more studies will come out saying that artificial sweeteners are not that healthy. I am glad you are willing to change! 6-8 cans/day is a lot man.

@Jim: Great man! I’m all about water myself. I also drink Milk and Almond Milk. I have been getting into coconut water as well as of late. Those diet sodas just aren’t worth it.
Wow, I am not going to drink any more diet soda, I was drinking maybe 2 every other day if i couldn’t find anything else, now I wont ever. Thanks for this video.
