New Program: Turbo Fire Coming Soon 6/18!

Chalene Johnson, the creator of Turbo Jam and Chalean Extreme, has a brand new workout coming out called Turbo Fire.  Based on Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire takes it to the next level.  Turbo Fire workouts include interval training known as “HIIT.”  These routines combine short bursts of intense exercise with quick recovery periods to ignite your metabolism. The result is a phenomenon known as the AfterBurn Effect, which enables you to burn fat at an accelerated rate for a full 24 to 48 hours after your workout.

This program looks like it is mostly gauged toward women who are used to doing aerobic type of classes in gyms.  It includes 12 dvds, which has cardio, HIIT style routines and weight training.  If you are looking for a new program that involves great music, kickboxing, dancing, weight training and benefits of HIIT then you will want to check this one out.  The release date for Turbo Fire is June 18, and you better believe I will have it available on this site the day it comes out!
