The New Club Membership!

This is a long time coming!  I first signed up for the Club Membership through Team Beachbody because I wanted a customized meal plan that I could use during P90X.  I couldn’t make the foods that were  listed on the P90X nutrition guide everyday, due to lack of time and skill. I figured it would be easier to get the Club Membership and sort of put together my own diet, but still follow the guidelines outlined in the Nutrition Guide (amount of calories and % of fat/carbs/protein). However, the most frustrating thing about the Club Membership was that the meal plans didn’t include any of the supplements that I was taking, but NOT ANYMORE! Beachbody just came out with the NEW Club Membership, which has a TON of extra benefits, including adding in all the supplements to the meal plans! Below are some of the new features that I have come across..

I’m sure there are many more benefits to the new Club Membership, but these are the ones that stuck out the most with me and that I’m very excited about. Remember, the Club is just $2.99 per week, which is billed $38.87 each quarter, and something I HIGHLY recommend that you get! As I have said before, the diet is the most important part of the program, so you better make sure you understand what you’re doing and have a healthy meal plan. I’ve been a Club Member for 2 years and love it!
