P90X2 Preview: Set Build for the Next P90X

As some of you may know I am getting ready to be apart of the  P90X2 cast.  Shooting starts this week so I am preparing by making sure my diet is 100% clean, that I am getting enough sleep, and I am preparing for the 2 workouts that I will be in.  As of right now, I am going to be in 2 of the Upper body workouts.  I am very excited because I will be able to do what I enjoy the most, push-ups, pull-ups and weights.  This program is turning out to be unbelievably fun and difficult.  It is exploiting my weak areas and making them stronger.  You should be very excited to try this one out!

These last 2 weeks I have had the opportunity to meet some others in the cast, rehearse, and get familiar with the cuing and positioning in front of the camera.  I am heading to the studio tomorrow so I wanted to show you all a little preview of the P90X2 studio that Carl Daikeler (the C.E.O of Beachbody) posted yesterday.  Hope you enjoy!

I am beyond excited for MC2. It will be interesting to see how well it does compared to the original p90x

@Drew: So am I Drew. Being apart of the filming was a dream come true for me. It will be exciting to see how it all comes together. It is going to be similar in structure to P90X but there are some totally new concepts and completely new moves. It will find your weakness and strengthen them. I was extremely surprised how quickly I found my weak spots while doing these workouts.
