Get Ripped at Home Crew Weekend

The 2nd annual GR@H Crew Weekend is happening July 26-28th in Santa Monica, California.  This is a weekend for the GR@H Crew, and ANYONE else who wants to attend, to come workout, talk fitness, visit Beachbody Headquarters, participate in contests, get some free stuff and meet like minded people who are all dedicated to their health and fitness.  I believe it is extremely important to get around people who push you to GROW.  This is a weekend where you can meet people from around the county all striving to become better…and in turn will make you better.  Some highlights include, team dinners, workout at Beachbody Headquarters, Movie Night, and the famous Beach Workout on Santa Monica Beach!

What is the GR@H Weekend?

The GR@H weekend was originally conceived with the idea of having a time and place for the people I coach (and other local guys/gals) to meet in person, workout, ask questions  learn about health/fitness and have a fun time.  One of my team members and good friend, Keith, pitched the idea to me last year and we decided to try it out.  It’s one thing to have a strong online community of people but it’s another thing to have a chance to get to meet in person and learn from each other.  Just like with the Coach Summit, there is something amazing in getting people together that are all striving to become better.

By attending the GR@H Weekend, you will receive some cool free stuff as well as be able to participate in fitness contests and raffles.  Last years members walked away with TONS of great stuff (T-Shirts, Programs, and Supplements).

GR@H Weekend SCHEDULE

Dates: Fri July 26 – Sun July 28th (You should fly in Thursday night if you want to participate in Friday’s activities)

Activities include:

  • Friday – A surprise event to be voted on by attendees (you won’t want to miss), team dinner, and a question and answer session with your coach Sean Callahan.
  • Saturday – Breakfast and a tour of Beachbody Headquarters, a workout at Beachbody, Team lunch, Movie (Wolverine), Team Dinner
  • Sunday – Breakfast and Beach Workout, Team Lunch
