It’s another Monday! This week we will be focusing on Nutrition but first, I wanted to give you all at little bit of motivation to get you through the week.
Great photos! I just finished a round of p90x and in week I'm starting p90x2 (Wahoo) and I'm super pumped. I'm taking a week off to get ready for p90x2 (equipment wise and give my body a break) I don't just want to sit around so I'm going to stay active by doing the p90x schedule recovery week. Is this ok?
