Hi, can you tell me the dimensions of the agility ladder. Mine went up in flames in a small fire in the house. I live in Europe and when I was in the states bought complete workout, I could order a new one but the price would be very high (delivery + tax + customs). I have a room for practice and will probably just draw it to the floor :), but I need the exact dimensions.

Guess I have no real good reason not to order it then. Yikes! :) I'm finishing up month 1 of Insanity, so this would be a good follow up to that when I'm finished - if I don't die after month 2! Thanks for the input!

Hi - I was just wondering if I can do this routine if I don't have a chinup bar. I know he usually shows alternatives, but I didn't know if this is the case for the chin up portion, especially since that's part of the fit test. I don't have anywhere in my house to put one of these (my house is old, and i don't trust the doorways - not to mention, I workout in my basement), but I really want to order the workout. Thanks.

@Heidi: Yes you definitely can! They have modifications if you don't have a chin up bar. I think the modifications are just as difficult so you won't be sacrificing results by not having one. The fit test even has a modifications that you can do. Honestly, I may not even use my chin up bar all the time because the modifications are just as good.
