Since motivation is such a major component to any fitness program, I decided to do a motivation post ever Monday, that consists of something to help inspire, motivate, support or encourage you in some way, shape or form. Each Monday I will post pictures, a video or some sort of motivational blog to help get you through the week.
When doing a program like P90X, Insanity or TurboFire you need to keep motivated through the full 90 days and beyond. Besides, this isn’t a 90 day boot camp, it’s a lifestyle change. Even I don’t feel like working out all the time but I keep myself motivated because I know that once I do I will feel better than I did before I started. In order to live the active healthy lifestyle that I want to live, I know that I need to eat well and exercise.
